Homemade acne treatments?
So I have a really hard time getting rid of pimples on my nose and chin. I have so many acne treatments (clean and clear, skin id, proactive, etc.) but they never seem to work for those areas. I also have a few scars on my chin from them. So are there any homemade acne treatments you know of or have used that really do work? I have eczema so my skin is sensitive to some of this stuff and I have to be careful. Anything that can help, thank you.

there are all sorts of things. To dry out pimples over night use a PASTY toothpase and apply with a q-tip. Use it on a small area first because if your skin is sensitive it can leave a burn mark but it’s good for the skin.
Exfoilate 3 times a week. Take a lemon juice it mix it with olive oil and salt. Rub for like 10 minutes on skin [it might burn] and then rinse it off. This gets the dirt off. Get an estringent don’t use lemon for that cause it can uneven ur skin.
For a soft face mask use milk and honey spread over face leave for like 15 mins wash off. also use dry oats milk honey and a little lemon juice. And add crushed cumbers to mask to cool ur skin down. Hope this helped

ive tried toothpaste and it doesnt work. its ment to dry them up. you just look like an idiot. try massging something natural into the skin like olive oil. for the scars i can only recomend silicon gel sheets. these gel sheets do work if you follow the instructions.

This sounds really weird, but it works. Get butter, pickle juice, and cream soda and mix them all together and warm them up in the microwave for about 30 seconds. then spread it on your face and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, kind of like an exfoliating mask. Trust me, it works like a charm.

you can try the aspirin mask….makes ur face soooooooooo soft. i learned it from http://www.makeupalley.com. all you do is grab 3 uncoated aspirins (i got my from cvs for a dollar i got 120 tablets) and dab a few drops of water. put it on your face. rub gently. leave on for about 15minutes. wash off (shower is best incase you miss any) and voila!
and my best find for getting rid of acne (sorry its not homemade) but its from http://www.acne.org works miracles!
good luck

Toothpaste really does work. So does honey. Just dab it on the pimple before bed. Hope you don’t sleep with your pets!

I have had the same problem for really long. I have tried everything that’s out there. Now I don’t use any acne creams. I just wash my face with a 2% salicylic acid facewash, moisturize with an oil-free, non comedogenic, and hypoallergenic moisturizer during the day, and after washing my face at night, I put rose water on my face [wipe my face with it and go to sleep]. And drink 8 glasses of water per day. Acne creams made my acne worse. Now my skin is okay
If you want to know the moisturizer and face wash names, you can e-mail me

Mix nutmeg powder with a little unboiled milk and apply on acne or pimples and wash after an hour this remedy when done once or twice a week for some time will not leave any acne marks on the skin . More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
