How do you cure acne from your arms?


why and i dont know how i have acne on my arms and some on my back, its really annoying, i cant even wear a short sleve short im so embarased. I have a medicated wash for my face and i take a vitamin A to help treat my acne. but how do you remove from your arms and such, i just developed it last year. any tips?

    try exfoliating with sugar and water (or buy one) once a week, cut down on fatty fried foods, make sure your shirts are clean…it could be your detergent

    see a dermatologist
    there are body washed that are made especially for body breakouts
    go to target or walgreens and the like to look for some
    take showers and use a good soap that doesnt have an oily after feeling
    do not use body wash unless its for body acne.
    brands: dermalogica, neutrogena, kheils, and the list goes on…
