Just wondering what foods should People eat to try and stay away from fried food. I know that u can eat fruits but is there a meal that People can eat to help them eat healthier to help with they’re acne pimples?

Not really, even chocolate doesn’t cause pimples. Just have a really healthhy balanced diet and a good amount of exercose (not too little, or too much) and wash your face with nice products from like Body shop or cetaphil and moistrise and you will, eventually, be fine.

Wash your face with water! Just natural plain water. Don’t try anything else like cream products or whatever. Trust me, see what natural things do to your health !
Also eat healthily. Drink plenty of water. Exercise regularly – at least 1 hour! Do it bit by bit.
