Does anyone know how I can treat my cystic acne that I have on my forehead? I got them after I took a shower?
I suddenly got like three of them after the next day when I took a shower…..I’m trying to treat them, but they haven’t gone away yet. How can I help stop unclogging my pores to make them smaller?
I got them right after I took a shower. I try to avoid getting more acne problems that I already have by placing a small towel over my face while washing my hair to prevent any shampoo or dirt and oil from my hair to wet upon on. But I still got them anyway. So I don’t know why. I last got them in late December when I was going under stress, but I am trying to keep my stress levels from going any further in my life, but once in awhile I do become abit sad, but I quickly try to make myself entertained. I want to make them go away very soon, but I think my last one took about 4 days to a week to be gone with a spot treatment, so should I keep on using the spot treatment to help me make them small again or should I try something else? I do eat healthy now by drinking water ( about at least 4 max. cuz I can’t drink that much really ) and eating fruits ( no veggies. Hate them ) and more other good food. If anyone out there knows anything that could help me, please tell me.

Do you wash your face in the shower? (like let the water hit your face straight from the shower head?) That could be why. It’s happened to me before. I don’t know any particular reason. Maybe the water is too hot, which dries out your skin and causes your skin to produce more oil and give you those cystic pimples. I suggest you keep the shower water away from your face and wash your face in the sink after your shower so your pores would be "open" and ready to be cleaned.

first thing pop it and it will go,if it’s that big it might fill again.look around you when out or on tv,how many people do you see with cystic pimples .i can’t give advice for acne, but the big ones i used to suffer from, prevention not cure,if i hadn’t found what caused them i would still be getting them today at 50,i occasionally still do if i am not careful.forget all the advice(but not for acne) don’t touch it,don’t use this soap, use—,no chips,no chocolate, use this cream or lotion it works only on a wed morning, fri night but not sundays if it’s raining, forget it unless you want a big one every week for the rest of your life.
from 15 to 25 i kept getting the big one,as it cleared up,a new one would start, isn’t it horrible when you feel that "ting" and you feel with your finger and you feel a young one starting and you hope it goes away, but it never does, then when it begins to die you think,it’s because i am growing this will be my last one, wrong.I left my parents home when i was 25, within 2 -3 weeks i got a nice healthy complexion, jealous, don’t be,i stopped eating my mother’s food(although it was very nice) and living alone i was eating mainly chips,i had to fend for myself, and little bit of my own home cooking, when i visited mum,s a few weeks later, return of the big one,i was allergic to a ingredient in the food she made, this can be found in many foods on supermarket shelves, maybe you are the same as me,i will help you , you can e-mail if you want.another thing,if you have a cut and a germ gets inside it becomes infected and is filled with pus, same as your face if you eat something your body is allergic to you get a pus build up,it is infected just like the cut, think about it and good luck
