I think the best is Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment!!!
Today I dabbed a bit on my HUGE pimple at around 5:00pm hoping it would go away overnight. Then I looked in the mirror later at around 10:00pm and it shrunk so much! Like it was almost gone! Totally amazing! So I dabbed more on and am hoping that it will be completely gone when I wake up tomorrow.
Anyone other good acne treatments?

There are some very simple and basic things you can do that cost nothing. Keep your face or any other area affected by acne very clean. Any mild antibacterial soap will help with that. Rinse the area well to remove all soap residue. Drink plenty of water – it really does help to clear up acne. Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep. A healthy life style will make a difference. Try to reduce the stress in your life – stress contributes to acne, so also probably the more you worry about the acne and focus on it, the worse it will be.
Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.

OMG what coincidence i just started using the acne spot treatment to and my pimples have vanished i haven’t used any acne cream this good believe me!
i was just about to answer your question and say clean and clear!! , and then i noticed thats what you said! clean and clear is definitly the BESt spot treatment. for an acne wash- proactiv is pretty good.
I had a terrible acne problem during my teens, and it only got worse in my 20s. I went to several dermatologists and used various perscription medicines. Nothing helped.
Finally, I bought an order of ProActiv. I had my doubts about it, because how could an over-the-counter acne treatment be better than one prescribed by a doctor? As it turned out, ProActiv cleared up my face by at least 50% within a month. By 2 months, my face almost clearly became pimple/cyst/boil free. ProActiv worked really well.
I’ve tried a lot of acne treatments and face washes. So far Clean&Clear is the best.

I like Netugenna idk how to spell it but the best if the best is Proactiv
I think Neutrogena’s Acne Stress Control line works great. But the new and improved Differin Cream .3% is the best, but its by prescription only from your dermatologist.
