Does the Oxy daily face wash and spot treatment with benzoyl peroxide work well for cystic acne? i have acne on my forehead, and a little on my cheek and nose.

i have mild acne. like 3-4 pimples but i have alot of breakouts under my skin and i dont like it at all. i use differen and just regular face wash or soap and water every morning and evening because anit acne wash irritates my skin.

I hear oatmeal and honey works. i also hear crushing up asprin and rubbing alchohal work.

please give exact recipes
