I use Clinique’s 3 step acne clearing system and clean & clear’s zit medicine. But I still break out pretty bad. How do you cure acne? Help!

My dermatologist said to return my AmorePacific oil-free hydra-gel. ( http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml;jsessionid=TJ03NMQU555LUCV0KRRRHOQ?id=P232940&categoryId=C20702 ) She said I dont need it and all I need is sunscreen. I thought that moisturizing was essential. I have combination skin and Im 18. I live in nyc weather and Im being treated for cystic acne with erythromycin-benzoyl gel and doxycycline. I use Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Cream SPF 55 PA+++. ( http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P173669&categoryId=C152 ) Im going into runway this upcoming fall so im worried about whether I should really stop moisturizing.

I have been using Proactive for a couple months now. I used to use it on my whole face but then after about a month of using it it dried my cheek out HORRIBLY. I started putting the Repairing Lotion on that area, which only made it worse. So I stopped using it all together for a week or two. But then my acne got worse and I only used it in problem areas and without the repairing lotion. It keeps my acne somewhat under control but it is still pretty bad and I get frequent outbreaks.

I am looking for a skin regime that you can use daily. It has to be 100% pure and gentle for your skin. It has to help fight 100% acne, blackheads, breakouts, sensitive skin, and oily skin. I need a system that gets rid of unclean skin and shows results no later than thirty days. I am not looking for name brands that are selling on t.v. or the over the counter medicine. I am looking for a acne treatment that is proven to work and nothing that has to do with pharmecticual ingriedents.

I was looking for proactiv in a store but, they did not have any, so I decided I wanted to use the nature’s cure male acne kit. I am fifteen and when reading reviews I saw that it worked mostly for adult acne. Does anyone know how it works for teens and if it helps teens?

I think I’m using the wrong title but can my regular doctor prescribe that stuff or do I go to a dermatologist? I am new at this and have no idea what I would do. Even if my doctor can prescribe it, wear do I go? Rite-Aid? Walmart?

hey all, ive been using benza clin (mainly benzoyl peroxide gel) for an acne cream for awile, and its not getting up all my acne, so i was wondering if anyone could tell me some good acne creams to use or perhaps home remedies? in the end i don’t know what i’m looking for yet i think, just anything that helps will be appreciated!!:) thanks
